The exhibition which has seen over 5 million visitors since 2017 and is ranked among the top 12 immersive experiences in the world by CNN, is coming for the first time to Southeast Asia!
Expect to be mesmerized by over 300 of Van Gogh's sketches, drawings, and paintings, along with striking floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall digital projections, in a space spanning over 17,000 square feet.
It's a totally fresh way to experience the masterpieces and explore the life of Vincent Van Gogh!
One of the highlights include an awe-inspiring central projection area where you'll be surrounded by digital projections and can sit back and take in the incredible works of the Dutch master.
The Singapore edition will also see the introduction of two special Japanese culture segments, as a tribute to the Japonisme movement that had a strong influence on Van Gogh's artwork style.
Visitors will see a showcase of the traditional Japanese art style of woodblock stamps and prints, as well as experience an authentic matcha tea ceremony.
You'll even get to enjoy a taste of fresh matcha right after the ceremony!
Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is accompanied by its signature Virtual Reality (VR) experience where you can step into a vibrant world in "A Day in the Life of the Artist" and learn the inspirations behind several of Van Gogh's most iconic works including Vincent's Bedroom at Arles, and Starry Night Over The Rhone River.
Get creative in the drawing studio where you can make your own unique artwork or recreate an art piece from the exhibition.
Not only that - you'll have a chance to scan it onsite and turn it into a larger-than-life photo backdrop just for you!
After exploring the exhibition, a whole host of one-of-a-kind experiences await such as a thematic cafe offering Janice Wong's delicious pastries, signature yoga classes, art jamming sessions, and exclusive exhibition merchandise.
