T-Play at HomeTeam NS Khatib is the first Peranakan-themed indoor playground in Singapore.
This is HomeTeamNS' second indoor children's playground, with the first being the transport-themed T-Play playground at HomeTeam NS Bukit Batok.
The playground partnered with The Intan, an award winning Peranakan Home Museum, to transform T-Play Khatib into a Peranakan Adventureland.
The Peranakan theme extends throughout the playground and into the Parents Lounge where you'll find authentic Peranakan tiles and wood-carved cabinets.
Peranakan collections from the Intan such as porcelain tea sets and batik copper stamps are also displayed here.
Even the playground's washrooms have been intricately laid with exquisite Peranakan tiles!
Apart from the Peranakan influences, you'll also find other local flavors such as the iconic dragon playground.
You'll soon be reminiscing with the kids about your favorite playground memories!
The 650 square meter play area consists mainly of the three storey play gym, and a smaller two storey play gym and area for toddlers and younger kids.
The three storey main play gym is packed with loads of obstacles, tunnels, nooks and crannies, and slides (some of the fastest we've ever been on!).
Kids will have their work cut out navigating through the various challenges and making their way up to get to the slides.
Lots to explore in the main play gym.
Race your friends down the giant wave slide. Warning - It's really fast!
An imposing view from the top.
You'll have to navigate through lots of different obstacles.
Climb, crawl, jump, whatever it takes to get to the top!
Load, aim, and fire!
Who will be unlucky enough to be caught in the crossfire? Rest assured the soft foam balls allow children to play to their heart's content without hurting each other.
It's quite a feat to get to the top before you can ride one of the tube slides or the wave slide down.
The younger kids get an area of their own as well with a smaller two storey play gym, ball pit, and trampolines.
Kids will love the large ball pit with vehicles that they can clamber on.
Try to conquer the Ninja Course. We really love the bright colors of the play area!
Gentler slides for the little ones.
Bounce away on one of the two trampolines.
